Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful and growing organisation in their search for a Sales Coordinator to join its busy team.
This is a varied, task-driven position supporting the processing and progression of sales opportunities, contracts and new customer accounts. You will work collaboratively across the team, taking ownership of allocated tasks and helping to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels.
DAY TO DAY:
- Supporting the progression of inbound enquiries and sales opportunities
- Managing leads referred by technicians and other internal teams
- Preparing and issuing accurate customer quotations in line with agreed pricing structures
- Following up allocated opportunities to support conversion and timely closure
- Processing completed sales and contracts accurately and efficiently
- Setting up new customers on internal systems, ensuring all required information is recorded correctly
- Processing sales through PASS and associated platforms
- Maintaining accurate records across SAFE, PandaDocs, Storm and other internal systems
- Working flexibly across sales support, contract processing and administration tasks according to business priorities
- Taking ownership of shared tasks to support workflow continuity and SLA achievement
- Communicating professionally with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
- Ensuring all activity complies with GDPR, data protection, pricing policies and internal procedures
- Providing wider administrative support to the Sales and Business Services teams when required
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience within sales support, contract processing or customer administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Confidence using CRM systems, sales platforms or similar databases
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively under pressure
- A proactive, self-motivated and task-focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team
- A customer-focused attitude with high professional standards
