OCHO is a private members’ club built around exceptional hospitality, thoughtful food and drink, connection and memorable experiences.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Host / Server to join our front-of-house team.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people. Someone who notices the details, remembers a face and understands that brilliant hospitality is about much more than simply taking an order.
The Role
As one of the faces of OCHO, you’ll play an important part in creating the warm, polished and personal experience we want every member and guest to enjoy.
From remembering how a regular takes their coffee to knowing when a table needs attention — and when it doesn't — you'll help make every visit feel effortless.
You will:
- Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and personality
- Manage arrivals, reservations and seating
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable and polished table service
- Learn our food and drinks offering and be confident talking guests through it
- Anticipate what guests need rather than waiting to be asked
- Get to know our members, recognising regular guests and their preferences
- Maintain excellent service standards throughout every visit
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider front-of-house team
- Maintain immaculate presentation across the restaurant and member areas
- Support events and private functions when required
- Help create an atmosphere that feels relaxed, sophisticated and genuinely welcoming
Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need years of fine-dining experience.
You do need the right attitude.

Previous hospitality experience would be an advantage, but personality, attitude and a genuine instinct for looking after people are just as important to us.

Salary: £13 per hour + service

Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
Pay: £13.00-£13.10 per hour
