Job Summary
Quality Construction is looking for a highly organised and reliable Project Administrator to support our growing construction business.
You will help keep our projects organised from first enquiry through to completion and aftercare, using our Fergus project management system to ensure customers, project information, documentation, appointments and outstanding tasks are properly managed.
This is a predominantly remote role with excellent potential to grow as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project administration using Fergus
- Create and maintain accurate customer and project records
- Book surveys, appointments and project activities
- Monitor tasks, deadlines and upcoming requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Prepare and organise project documentation
- Coordinate information between customers, site teams and management
- Assist with material orders and delivery tracking
- Organise project photographs and records
- Coordinate Building Control inspections where required
- Track certificates, guarantees and handover documentation
- Follow up quotations and outstanding information
- Assist with invoice and payment administration
- Manage customer review and annual aftercare records
- Maintain supplier and subcontractor information
- Identify missing information or potential problems before they cause delays
- Help continuously improve our systems and processes
- Use modern software and AI tools to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable using or learning AI tools
- Able to follow structured processes accurately
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn about the construction industry
- Previous administration experience preferred
Construction experience is useful but not essential. We are more interested in finding an exceptional administrator with the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.
