We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work within a range of outstanding nurseries and early years settings across Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced childcare professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children aged 0-5 years.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development within a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s development and learning.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and educational development.
- Promote safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times.
- Assist with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred but not essential).
- Right to work in the UK.
