Indie Markets are an events company based in Sheffield. We organise hundreds of makers markets, vintage fashion markets and vintage furniture markets that tour the UK on weekends.
We are looking for an event manager to run events on weekends in various cities around the UK. You will need a driving license and access to your own vehicle for this role.
Full event training and management will be given. This is a responsible position and reliability is essential as lots of small traders rely on our events.
You'll be required to set venues up for our traders arriving. Liase with venue staff. Uphold tight health and safety during events. Manage tickets and entry fees for customers, cover social media and feed back to our office team after events.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills to deal with traders and customers. You'll need to work well under pressure as events can be challenging and busy at times.
A huge love and knowledge vintage home and vintage fashion is really beneficial for this role.
