Kitting Operative – Days 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Day shift - £12.75 p/h initial rate based on experience, plus up to 20% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £15.30 p/h achievable in first full month.

The job role:
- Learning and becoming proficient in all aspects of kitting assembly, as a key part of our chassis fabrication process.
- Working within a high-quality production factory environment.
- Developing product knowledge and hands on skills.
- Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
- Workload planning.
- Leading by example and helping the business grow.
- Performing quality checks and filling in documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Being able to work in a physically demanding environment.
- A hardworking and determined attitude. Flexible approach to work
- Good level of spoken English.
