Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
Minimum 3 years Previous experience working in pubs, bars, or nightclubs

Shift Details:
Primarily Friday and Saturday
Weekday shifts may also be available
Flexible hours depending on venue and availability
Pay Rate:
Starting at £13 per hour

Duties

- Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage within the venue.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, including any actions taken during emergencies or disturbances.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly manner to foster a welcoming environment while remaining vigilant.
Requirements
- Valid SIA licence is essential for this role.
- Proven experience in security or supervisory roles is essential.
- First aid certification is essential.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and patrons.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the venue's schedule.
