HR Coordinator — Dudley (Part-Time, Maternity Cover)
The rewards

Hours
- 30 hours per week — 4 full days or 5 days around school hours
The role of HR Coordinator:
- Onboarding and offboarding: prepare contracts, offer packs and pre-employment checks; manage leavers process
- Recruitment support: draft job advertisements, issue contracts and offer letters, verify right to work
- Payroll administration: prepare and log payroll instructions including contractual variations, overtime, family leave and starters/leavers
- Employee relations: first point of contact for line managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Performance and training: assist with annual performance reviews, roll out induction e-learning to new starters, source training providers
The ideal HR Coordinator:
- Proven experience in an HR administration role
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
