Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help the food and beverage manager lead and inspire our F&B team across all outlets. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest dining experience while managing all operational aspects of food and beverage service. This is a key leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands both high-volume operations and bespoke service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bars, lounges, and banqueting/events.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Help the food and beverage manager train, manage, and develop F&B team members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and waste control to manage costs effectively.
- Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are met and maintained in line with current legislation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 4-star or luxury hotel environment.
- Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
