We're Hiring – Multi-Skilled, Plumbing, Plasterers & Carpentry IMPROVERS
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Multi-Skilled Improvers, Plumbing Improvers, and Carpentry Improvers to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the relevant trades
- Own vehicle (Car or Van) and basic tools ESSENTIAL
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- CSCS and other trade cards
Location:
- Various sites in and around the M25
Start Date:
- Immediate start available (ASAP)

This position is offered on a self-employed basis. As part of this arrangement, all operatives must have:
- A valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number
- CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) registration with HMRC
- A valid National Insurance number
The company will manage CIS deductions and payments on your behalf in accordance with HMRC requirements.
To ensure prompt and accurate payment, we ask that all self-employed operatives submit either a timesheet or invoice for completed work in line with our payroll processes.
Availability of Work:
While we aim to provide consistent work opportunities, the volume of work can vary depending on project demands and business requirements. As this is a self-employed role, there may occasionally be quieter periods when work is limited. We encourage operatives to maintain the flexibility to undertake work with other clients or organisations during such times.
This arrangement reflects the independent nature of self-employment while allowing individuals to maximise their earning opportunities.
We do have openings for Fully-Skilled positions please do get in contact also if you feel that you are more advance than an Improver.
