We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist ( Band 7 )t to join our pharmacy team . To provide a comprehensive and patient centred clinical pharmacy service across a range of medical and surgical specialties· Facilitate safe and optimal medication usage· Provide assimilated and evidence-based medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients· To participate in the out of hours pharmacy service as per agreed roster.

Essential Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Current Pharmacist registration with the General Pharmaceutical Councilof United Kingdom
· Post graduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy practice or equivalent
experience
Experience:
· A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a UK hospital pharmacy
· Completed comprehensive rotations in a hospital Pharmacy
· Experience of working effectively within a team
Knowledge:
·Up to date knowledge of national guidelines relating to medicines use
· Evidence of continuing professional development.
Skills:
Computer literate –intermediate level
· Able to work in a busy department in a methodical and flexible way
· Able to work alone or in a team across professional boundaries
· Problem solving
· Effective written and verbal communication.
