We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Gurkha Aroma Restaurant for busy week/ weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders from guests in person and over the phone
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Process payments accurately
- Support the kitchen and team during busy periods
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident handling cash/card payments (basic maths skills required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (training can be provided)
Working Hours
- Full time
- Additional shifts may be available during busy periods
