In addtional to you salary of £13.50 per hour, you will recieve appoximately an additional £1.50 per hour in tips, taking your salary to at least £15 per hour
We are also happy to offer an Annualised contract...the same wages every week.

Join the kitchen team at Sculthorpe Mill, a multi-award-winning, Michelin Bib Gourmand country pub. We focus on elevated, seasonal British cooking, utilizing nose-to-tail preparation and local valley produce.
We are looking for talented Breakfast Chef to join our team at the Mill, to prepare breakfast for our guests and work on the prep list for the day.

Heading up the food operation is Elliot Ketley (Soho House Group, Square, Coast) who is developing seasonal British menus that firmly put the spotlight on impeccably sourced local produce, from land and sea.
The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes breakfast dishes to our hotel guests
- Assisting with the preparation for main menu
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standard
