Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our finance team. Prior experience in finance or accounting is preferred, along with strong organisational and communication skills. About the Role
- Posting of invoices following thorough checking of the completion of all internal control processes.
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation.
- Monitor and update common electricity supply records, including processing and checking all invoices prior to payment.
- Posting receipts, refunds and adjustments to the Rent and Factoring Ledgers.
- Downloading, reconciling and posting of electronic files (e.g., Allpay, Housing Benefit, DWP, UC) via interfaces
