Volunteer Social Media Manager / Photographer – Women’s Football
Location: South Leicestershire
Role Type: Voluntary (Full 2026/27 Season)
Team: Women’s First Team (Competing in Leicestershire Women & Girls League)
About the Role: We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to manage our club’s online presence and capture our journey through the season. Already established in the Leicestershire Women & Girls League, we are rebuilding and growing our profile, and you will play a vital role in telling our story. You will work closely with the management team to promote the club, engage supporters, and document all our action on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content for club social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter etc.).
- Attend home and away matches to take high-quality photos and short videos of play, players, and events.
- Create match previews, reports, player spotlights, and club news posts.
- Help build the club’s brand, visibility, and supporter base within the local community.
- Edit and prepare photos/videos for regular posting.
Requirements:
- Passion for photography, content creation, or social media management.
- Good eye for composition and ability to capture action shots.
- Basic skills in photo/video editing are desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to attend matches and training sessions when possible.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
