Day shifts: 7.00am - 7.00pm | 15.50 per hour

All you need is a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding care.
- Carry out thorough handovers to keep everyone informed.
- Create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Review and update care plans to reflect residents’ needs and wishes.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained and plan ahead for future needs.
