- We have a strong pipeline of upcoming work, and we are looking for an experienced Skilled Hard Landscaper to join our team on a permanent basis
The Role
Working as part of our site team, you will be involved in the construction and completion of a variety of landscaping projects. Your work may include:
- Setting out work accurately using plans and site instructions
- Building patios, paths, steps and retaining walls
- Carrying out groundworks, foundations and drainage
- Timber work, decking, fencing and associated finishing work
- Using excavation and earth-moving equipment
- Soft landscaping and planting when required
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required standard
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of getting the preparation, construction and finishing details right.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in hard landscaping and/or groundworks
- Strong practical ability in paving, groundwork and general construction
- Confidence reading and working from plans and site instructions
- A good eye for accuracy and detail, with consistently high standards of workmanship
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable – but not essential
- Previous experience with setting out
- Experience of helping, training or mentoring other members of a site team

- £31,500–£35,480 per year, depending on experience and capabilities
