ELA Contractors Limited is a growing Cardiff-based construction company specialising in high-quality tiling and finishing services across a range of residential and commercial projects. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator to become an important part of our team.
The Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in their work and likes helping keep a busy office running smoothly. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who can adapt, use their initiative and enjoys working as part of a friendly team.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business by providing administrative support across multiple areas of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, receipts and expense claims.
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring client, supplier and employee information is accurate.
- Support the planning and organisation of company events, meetings and team activities.
- Manage office supplies, monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
- Assist with diary management, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Ensure company records are organised and easily accessible.
