Coffee sack has been open for 9 years and is independently run. The coffee sack is a very popular and a busy place at all times. All the team and the female owners are great fun to work with.
The Coffee Sack is located just on the edge of Prestwich Village and we are expanding our current team. We are looking for an experienced chef, must be able to work weekends and week days. There are no late finishes, as the opening times are 8.30am - 4.00pm. The Coffee Sack has a great atmosphere, serving the finest coffee, along side our menu of Poached eggs, shakshuka, jackets, salads and toasties. Our menu, uses the freshest ingredients.
**The Role:**
You'll be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious food, helping to develop menu specials, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during service, whist having fun
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience working in a café or kitchen environment
- A love of food and an eye for presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and a calm approach under pressure
- Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred)
- Flexibility with hours and availability on weekends
