The Shift Runner role is for Baristas who love what they do and are ready to take on more.
You’ll run shifts with confidence, lead the team through peaks, and create the warm,
welcoming experience 92 Degrees Coffee is known for.
When your Store Leader is out, you’ll take responsibility for the store - driving standards,
keeping service on track, and making sure we deliver Damn Fine Coffee every time.
What You’ll Do
● Lead the store on your Store Leader’s days off or during absence
● Keep service flowing during peak times, bringing energy & pace
● Set the tone for how the team works together & show up for customers
● Support your Store Leader in hitting daily targets & driving performance
● Keep communication tight across the shift
● Complete checks, oversee cleaning rotas, rotate stock & process deliveries
● Problem-solve on the spot & make sure “great” happens
● Own the shift - from open to close

Pay: £12.71-£12.91 per hour
