We deliver the true flavours of Japan with a touch of style from Tokyo right in the heart of Edinburgh. From delicious sushi and Japanese small plates,to our famous hand folded gyoza dumplings.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within our hot food section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat and fish
- Assisting with the management of food safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Japanese dining experience preferable
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Awareness and understanding of culinary trends
- Knowledge of health and safety
