Sales Representative – Entry Level

We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy meeting and speaking with others.
This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role where you’ll visit residential areas and speak directly with customers on behalf of established brands. You don’t need previous sales experience — we provide full training, coaching and ongoing support to help you develop your skills.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Speak with customers face-to-face in residential areas
- Introduce and explain products and services in a clear, professional way
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable options
- Answer questions and respond positively to customer feedback
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations and outcomes
- Work alongside your team to achieve individual and team targets
- Take part in regular coaching and development sessions
- Travel to and from our Cardiff office as part of the working day
