Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups
- Identify potential sales opportunities within the market and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Manage a pipeline of customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using IT systems
- Drive business growth by expanding the customer base within assigned territories or sectors
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry events
- Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
