Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Masseuse to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, healing, body sculpting and overall well-being. Duties
- Perform customised massage treatments based on client needs and preferences, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and other modalities.
- Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their health concerns to determine appropriate therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Masseuse or massage therapist is preferred.
- Knowledge of human anatomy is essential to deliver effective treatments safely.
- Certification or licensure in massage therapy recognised by relevant authorities is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create a calming atmosphere for clients.
- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
- A caring attitude with a genuine interest in promoting health and wellness through massage therapy.
Pay: £200.00 per week
