We have an exciting new vacancy for a Bar Manager to join our team at The Prince of Wales Hotel in Southport. This 154-room hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport on the main shopping street of Southport and just a short walk to the nearby train station and Southport Beach

Your duties will include:
- Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
- Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
- Recruiting, training, developing and managing all bar staff.
- Ensuring all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers and be available to work varied shifts .
