Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a service that makes a genuine difference? Our Client is seeking a values-driven leader to head up their 3-bed EBD home in Romford, rated Good by Ofsted.
This is an opportunity to shape a service where staff wellbeing matters and children's outcomes come first.
About the Role
You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, driving high standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

About You
✅ Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) in children's residential care
✅ Solid understanding of EBD and trauma-informed practice
✅ A values-driven approach with a genuine passion for improving young people's lives
✅ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
✅ Relevant qualification (e.g. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare) or working towards it
