We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS.
- Create fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities based on children's interests and development.
- Build warm, positive and secure relationships with children.
- Support children's emotional, social, physical and educational development.
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their parents or carers.
- Observe children's progress and use your observations to plan meaningful next steps.
- Help create a welcoming, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
- Support children's daily routines, including meals, sleep, toileting and personal care.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care.
- Communicate positively and professionally with parents and carers.
- Follow the nursery's safeguarding, health and safety, and other policies and procedures.
- Help ensure every child feels safe, valued, included and encouraged to thrive.
What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Are caring, patient, positive and enthusiastic.
- Understand the EYFS and the importance of learning through play.
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and children's welfare.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with children, colleagues and families.
- Are reliable, organised and willing to contribute ideas.
- Are committed to providing excellent standards of childcare.
Previous nursery experience is welcomed, but most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to helping children flourish.
