Here at Allied Recruitment, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team of skilled Security Officers based out of Bishops Stortford.
Shift: 11:00 – 23:00 , Tuesday-Friday.
The role is a Revenue Protection Team, candidates will be required to work with either another security staff member or with a member of Greater Anglia staff. This role is a customer / staff assisting team that deal with revenue related issues on trains/stations, such as:
- Fare Evasion & Ticketless Travel Issues.
- Occasional Anti-Social Behaviour related issues.
- Customer Assistance.
- Assisting GA Staff & updating BTP should it be needed.
- Managing Suicidal Person Incidents.
- And any other issues should they arise during shift.
The team would log on at Bishop Stortford station at 11:00 then patrol the stations/trains assisting staff with any issues should they arise. while assisting any GA staff or members of the public should it be needed.
Any Incidents should be reported to Control and relevant departments with a written log completed on their work device.
Any accepted staff will receive full Induction Training with an SIA accredited SIA Trainer
