We're Impact Air, part of Impact Construct Ltd. We sell and survey residential air conditioning installations across some of the best postcodes in the country — Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Windsor and West London — and we're looking for one or two quality subcontract installers to deliver them.
What you get:

- We handle all client contact, scheduling and follow-up — you turn up, install, done
- Mostly single splits and multi-splits (Samsung, Midea, Mitsubishi and similar), local to the Windsor/Ascot area — not trekking round the M25
What we need from you:
- Company F-Gas certification (REFCOM or equivalent) — sole traders welcome, but you must hold company-level certification, not just an individual 2079 card. If you're a strong installer without it yet, registration takes days — talk to us
- Public liability insurance (£2m+)
- Proper finish. Our clients pay for a decorated result: pipework chased in or concealed where specified, everything made good, site left clean. If your photos show boxed-in trunking done beautifully and walls you'd be happy with in your own house, we want to see them
- Own van and tools, CIS registered (we deduct at your verified rate in the usual way)
- Supply-and-fit — you source units and materials to our spec
We have live jobs ready to book now. First job is a paid trial for both sides — if the standard's there, the pipeline is consistent through the season and beyond.
