We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Third-Party Executive to join our London Operations team. Reporting to the Business Manager this role plays a key part in supporting the integration of third-party airline business into our operations, with a particular focus on the rollout of Qatar Airways across our major hubs.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, operational readiness, and service alignment for new airline partners. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Support the implementation and operational integration of third-party airline business at London Heathrow.
Assist in the rollout of Qatar Airways operations across key hubs, ensuring alignment with service and operational standards.
Collaborate with the Programme Manager and other stakeholders to track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
Prepare documentation, reports, and updates for internal and external audiences.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the growth of third-party handling capabilities.
What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Tableau; SQL skills and familiarity with cargo or logistics systems are a plus.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in aviation, logistics, or operational support roles (cargo experience preferred)
Exposure to project or programme environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Familiarity with airline or airport operations is advantageous
