The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work alongside an experienced manager, developing existing business while bringing on new clients of your own.

This is a busy, fast-moving desk where relationships, responsiveness and service matter just as much as sales ability. If you enjoy speaking to clients, filling jobs quickly and keeping lots of plates spinning, you'll thrive here.
About You
To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll ideally have:

Previous 360 recruitment experience

Experience of working within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment, such as Industrial, Driving or similar sectors

Confidence developing new business and building long-term client relationships

Plenty of drive, resilience and personality

A down-to-earth approach and the ability to fit into a friendly, hardworking team
