Anglian Hospitality is a new hospitality business being established by two experienced operators with extensive backgrounds across pubs, restaurants and hotels. We are currently recruiting for an exciting family-focused pub venue in Cromer and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests through warm, attentive and professional service.
Duties may include:
- Welcoming and serving guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Processing payments
- Assisting with guest enquiries
- Promoting menu items, specials and events
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Opening and closing duties
- Stock replenishment and preparation of service areas
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
What Working With Us Looks Like
Hospitality is rewarding, but it can also be demanding, fast-paced and physically active.
Team members should be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Some shifts will involve busy service periods, opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment and thorough cleaning duties.
We recruit for attitude and character first. Skills can be taught; reliability, professionalism, teamwork and a commitment to high standards are essential.
