Yofi is more than just a restaurant. Located within BNJC, one of Brighton's most vibrant community hubs, we bring together great food, hospitality, culture and community. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Front of House Team Members to help us deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, deli and events spaces.
Whether you're welcoming guests for lunch, supporting a community celebration, or helping prepare for a special event, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and looking after guests with confidence and warmth
- Taking orders and providing attentive table service
- Supporting private events, celebrations and community gatherings
- Helping maintain clean, organised and welcoming dining spaces
- Assisting with deli displays and stock rotation
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Working closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
- Supporting opening, closing and general day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly and professional approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in
- Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential
