An innovative and expanding consulting firm is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to become part of their expert team. In this role, you’ll work with a wide variety of clients, helping them transform their HR systems through the implementation and optimisation of SuccessFactors solutions. The company is dedicated to building a collaborative environment and providing strong support to its Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients in transforming their HR processes by designing and implementing SuccessFactors modules.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert knowledge on SuccessFactors best practices.

Collaborate with both internal and client teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Conduct client workshops and provide training to end users for smooth system adoption.
Requirements:

Ideally 3+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.

Previous experience working in a consultancy environment.

Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module.

Strong understanding of HR processes and cloud-based solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.

Willingness to work closely with clients and travel as needed for projects.
