Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and helping guests enjoy their experience.
