Care Trusters Limited is looking for 2 experienced Care Assistants to join our care team in Exeter.
We are looking for caring, reliable, and responsible individuals who have previous experience in the care sector and are confident supporting service users with daily living needs. The successful candidates will provide high-quality, person-centred care and help service users live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support to service users.
- Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support service users with meal preparation and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individual care plans and company procedures.
- Report any changes in service users’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour.
- Maintain accurate care notes and records.
- Work professionally with service users, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role.
- Must be caring, patient, honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends where required.
- Must be responsible and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Driving licence is desirable but not essential.
