Hours: 48 hours per week on a rota shift basis with the office being covered from 06.00-19.00hrs.
Annual Salary: £38-£42K depending on experience.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our car transport services.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with drivers to coordinate schedules and resolve queries.
- Plan routes and build loads to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of our fleet of transporters and drivers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and dealer enquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, shipping agents, and dealers.
- Provide cover for other team members during absences.
- Undertake additional reasonable duties as required, in line with the nature of the role.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in transport operations or logistics is desirable.
- A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Due to our location, you must have your own transport.
