ACCOUNTS SENIOR IN CAMBRIDGE, CAMBRIDGESHIRE
£35k - £45k salary
Accountancy Elite are delighted to be partnered with a well-established Accountancy Practice based in Cambridge providing market-leading services to a wide range of clients based primarily in the Cambridgeshire area. This exciting new position has emerged due to a period of continued expansion of their client base.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone that is either newly qualified ACCA or ACA OR someone who is in the final stage of their professional qualifications - Study Support is available and possibly clawback costs. A minimum of 3 years' UK Accountancy Practice experience is required. Previous experience in preparing Statutory Accounts and Tax returns for a variety of companies is essential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Statutory Accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
- Corporate Tax computations and returns.
- Assisting with the development of trainees, including reviewing work and providing feedback.
- Regularly liaising with clients on support services and to resolve queries.
- Adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
Candidates Attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice environment.
- Newly ACCA or ACA qualified OR close to qualifying.
- Strong experience with cloud-based accounting software
- Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing directly with a wide range of clients.
