Rocketeers Childcare is seeking a confident, enthusiastic Wraparound Manager to lead our before and after‑school provision and ensure every child has a safe, fun, and inspiring place to thrive.

The Role
As our Wraparound Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
- Plan and deliver engaging play opportunities that spark creativity and support wellbeing
- Supervise and motivate a team of playworkers, supporting their growth and development
- Build positive relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community
- Manage registers, paperwork, and compliance with Ofsted and company policies
- Keep the play space welcoming, organised, and safe for all
- Promote a culture where children’s voices are heard and respected
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about working with children and committed to their safety and wellbeing
- A natural leader with good communication and teamwork skills
- Organised and confident with administration and basic IT
- Calm under pressure, with a sense of fun and creativity
Desirable:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare, playworker, or equivalent
- Experience leading a play-based or childcare setting
- Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, and safeguarding training (or willingness to gain these)

Hours: *Please note the Split-Shift work pattern below*
30 hours per week- Term Time Only Monday to Friday
- 7.00am – 9.00am (Before School)
- 2.30pm – 6.15pm (After School)
- Plus 1.25 hours per week remote working, planning, meetings and Club administration
Pay: £15.23 per hour
