Job description
Our care home caters for the elderly requiring 24/7 care. We would like to employ someone to maintain the home which will include these responsibilities:
- General maintenance of the Nursing Home
- Consistent operation of all services such as heating, lighting and plumbing etc
- Maintenance of the garden and grounds
Candidates should have a trade in decorating, plumbing and general maintenance. Previous experience as a maintenance man in the care sector is useful but not essential.
Hold a valid driving licence and willing to maintain the three homes within the group.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.75 per hour
