We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive People & Talent Coordinator to support the smooth running of our day-to-day People operations.
This role is all about coordination, communication, and keeping things moving - from managing admin and employee requests to supporting recruitment, internal communications, and engagement activities. You'll be a key point of contact across the business, helping to ensure our people processes run efficiently and that employees feel supported and informed.
While the focus is operational, we're looking for someone with initiative and curiosity, who can help improve processes and contribute to wider People projects over time. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience - from attracting and onboarding talent to supporting day-to-day People operations. While the role is primarily operational and administrative, there will be opportunities to contribute ideas and support broader People initiatives and strategy.

Manage and track employee data, including sickness absence, annual leave, and key People metrics, using tools such as Monday.com and Workday

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Coordinate and manage internal communications, including Slack updates and announcements.

Support the creation and maintenance of People updates and internal content.

Collate and prepare materials for line manager meetings and leadership discussions.

Work closely with the Associate Director – People & Talent and internal recruitment team to support hiring activity.

Assist with employer brand activity, including LinkedIn posts and recruitment content.

Book and facilitate meetings, ensuring materials are prepared in advance.

Collect and organise data and insights to support reporting and decision-making.

Collate content for People initiatives, presentations, and updates.

Support wellbeing initiatives and help manage associated budgets.

Assist with planning and coordinating social events and engagement activities.

Support reward and recognition activity (e.g. WOWs, feedback, case studies).

Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace experience.

Identify opportunities to improve People processes and systems.

Support delivery of People projects and initiatives.

Contribute ideas towards People strategy and continuous improvement.

Provide general coordination and administrative support, including travel arrangements where required.

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people.

Highly organised with great attention to detail.

Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or an administrative role.

Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems.
