We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Social Media Content & Admin Assistant to join a fast-growing digital brand.
This is a hands-on role focused on keeping social media accounts active, organised, and performing consistently. You will be responsible for publishing content, managing posting schedules, coordinating with other team members, and making sure nothing gets missed.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, understands social media, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining multiple social media accounts
- Posting Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other social content
- Scheduling content and ensuring accounts are consistently posting
- Organising content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinating with editors and other team members to ensure content is ready on time
- Managing and following up with team members on outstanding content
- Making sure deadlines and posting targets are met
- Uploading captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and other required assets
- Monitoring accounts and flagging any issues or missed posts
- Keeping social media folders, schedules, and content organised
- Supporting the wider content team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping identify trends and suitable content opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
- Confident communicating with and managing other team members
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Reliable and consistent
- Comfortable using computers and online management tools
- Previous experience with social media or content management is preferred
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience managing creator or brand social media accounts
- Experience scheduling and publishing Reels or TikToks
- Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Notion, Google Drive, or similar
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Understanding of current social media trends
- Basic knowledge of content editing
