We're looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to join our growing team, maintaining luxury serviced apartments in the heart of Durham City Centre.
These apartments are often booked for one-night stays, so every clean must be completed to an exceptional 5-star standard. If you have an eye for detail, take pride in your work and understand what creates an outstanding guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Cleaning luxury serviced apartments to a 5-star standard
- Making and changing beds to hotel-quality presentation
- Replenishing guest consumables and amenities
- Completing kitchen, bathroom and living area cleans with meticulous attention to detail
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
- Ensuring every apartment is guest-ready before check-in
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotels, serviced apartments or Airbnb changeover cleaning is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Available Monday to Friday between 11:00am and 3:00pm
- Able to accept occasional last-minute bookings at short notice
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional
- Ability to work independently
