- Interdepartmental Coordination: Partner closely with senior operations managers and venue contacts to ensure swift query resolution and smooth site setups
- Workflow Optimization: Lead energetic daily morning huddles to share constructive feedback, align campaign targets, and enhance overall service delivery
- Skills & Leadership Development: Participate in ongoing supervisory workshops, advanced coaching modules, and management development training
