As Onsite Procurement Coordinator you will be the face of MSC at our customer’s site. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities to ensure successful product procurement, including the management of all special tooling requirements, related service queries for product and functional services provided.

What will you be doing?
· Working directly with end users onsite for their Adhoc purchasing requirements.
· Qualify product and purchasing requirements to ensure RFT supply.
· Utilise our preferred supplier base to procure the required products within the required SLAs.
· Using your knowledge of the industry supplier base source core, non-catalogue product when required by end user.
· Onsite point of contact for customer queries including returns, invoices, and product.
· Work closely with suppliers to achieve expected delivery dates.
· Take ownership of special tooling processes and procurement
· Identify opportunities to rationalise the customer supply chain and product portfolio.
· Build relationships with end users to gain insight to changes to stock demand to proactively manage the customer owned stock portfolio to min / max levels
· Have a sales mindset, continually looking out for new business opportunities to feed the relevant teams
· Using your knowledge of processes within the customer, identify cost, and time saving opportunities and escalate in an effective, timely manner to your colleagues.
· Manage onsite deliveries and update internal systems to always ensure product accuracy.
· Conduct quality inspections of procured product upon arrival to ensure compliance.
· Support incoming requests at the stores hatch including gauge & calibration management
· Be organised, take accountability and ownership of onsite service requirements, be a strong collaborator, and influential amongst your customer and your MSC team.
