Property Manager — Commercial Portfolio
We are an established independent commercial property landlord seeking an ambitious and capable Property Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to take on a varied and rewarding role within a dynamic, privately owned business.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of our commercial portfolio. You will be the key point of contact for our tenants and contractors, ensuring our properties are well managed, relationships are carefully maintained, and standards are consistently upheld.
Working closely with our Property Management team, you will support the full breadth of portfolio activity — including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, sub-letting, and alterations — whilst contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.
You will also take responsibility for identifying off-market acquisition opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with external agents, and developing our presence within the wider commercial property market.
In addition, you will oversee our vacancy schedule and ensure our company website accurately reflects all available properties at all times.
Under the supervision of the Director, you will also assist in the management of tenant disputes and property litigation matters, helping to ensure all issues are handled professionally, efficiently, and in the best interests of the business.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience within commercial or residential property management (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine enthusiasm for the property sector and a desire to develop professionally

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
