Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

Position:Part-Time (4 days per week)
Are you a friendly,organised,and patient-focused individual looking to join a modern,growing dental practice? Tooth Dr Basildon is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to become an integral part of our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients,you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping guide patients through their treatment journey with confidence and care.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service.- Managing appointments,phone calls,emails,and patient enquiries.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception.
- Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their options.
- Discussing treatment costs and finance options where appropriate.
- Liaising with clinicians to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with practice procedures.
- Building strong relationships with patients and encouraging long-term loyalty.

- Experienced in reception,customer service,or dental practice administration (dental/TCO experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate).
- Familiar with SOE/Exact software (preferred but not essential).
