Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows of various sizes and types, ensuring clarity and shine.
- Clean other exterior areas, such as patios, roofs and Industrial Cladding
- Operate necessary cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Drive to various client locations, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries while working at heights.
- Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment required for high-rise window cleaning it will be using the water fed pole system.
- Inspect windows for damage or issues that may require further attention.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical fitness is necessary, as the role may involve lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
- Excellent undertsanding of Health and Safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods in window cleaning.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and varied weather conditions
- Attention to detail

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
