Duties

- Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage merchandising activities to optimise sales and presentation standards.
- Maintain clear communication channels within the team and with other departments.
- Oversee stock levels, organise inventories, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to across all operational areas.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience, ideally within retail or sales environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts constructively.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Good time management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Professional demeanour with excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
