Working Arrangement: Flexible remote role with occasional in-person meetings
Reporting: Approximately twice per month
We are a recruitment agency working with a partner university and are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and well-connected PR & Student Recruitment Partnership Assistant to help increase the university’s visibility and attract prospective students.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong professional network, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers, organisations, education consultants, community leaders, businesses and other relevant contacts.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent and focused on results. You should be someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships and, most importantly, get things done without constant supervision.
* Promote the partner university and its educational opportunities through professional networks and relationships.
* Develop relationships with influencers, organisations, education professionals, community groups and other relevant partners.
* Identify opportunities to generate prospective student leads and increase university applications.
* Build and maintain a strong network of potential referral and recruitment partners.
* Create PR, promotional and partnership opportunities.
* Represent the university and our recruitment agency professionally.
* Develop collaborations with relevant organisations, influencers and industry contacts.
* Follow up on leads, introductions and partnership opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and reports on activities, leads and results.
* Take ownership of projects and opportunities from initial contact through to execution.

This is primarily a work-from-home position with flexible working arrangements.
The successful candidate will be expected to attend approximately two reporting/meeting sessions per month, with occasional additional meetings when required for specific projects or activities.
This role is designed for someone who can work independently and deliver results without being closely managed.

Pay: £25,420.00-£44,440.18 per year
